Cowtown Therapy Collective was founded on a simple yet important belief: schools deserve exceptional clinicians and therapists deserve careers that offer flexibility, support, and opportunity.
As a speech-language pathologist, our founder recognized two growing needs - a shortage of qualified therapists in schools and a lack of contract positions that truly supported clinicians through the different seasons of life. Cowtown Therapy Collective was created to bridge that gap.
As a clinician-owned company, we believe staffing is about far more than filling vacancies. It's about building lasting partnerships, supporting therapists with mentorship and resources, offering competitive compensation and flexible opportunities, and helping schools provide high-quality services to every student.

Kambrie Kilcrease is a dedicated speech-language pathologist whose career is defined by a commitment to holistic, evidence-based care. With diverse clinical experience spanning pediatric home health, acute care, school services, and feeding therapy, she brings a comprehensive perspective to every student’s journey. Her background in pediatric clinical environments allows her to understand the complex needs of the students we serve, ensuring that therapy is both functional and life-changing.
Her specialized expertise in Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) and cognitive-communication disorders has empowered countless students to find their voices. By focusing on removing barriers to communication, Kambrie helps students actively participate in classroom discussions and engage with their daily curriculum effectively. This focus on functional communication is at the heart of Cowtown Therapy Collective’s mission.
